Michelle Postema's "Senior Chicken"

chicken
margarine
garlic clove
bread crumbs
parmesan cheese
salt

Cut garlic clove in three pieces and put it in with the margarine.  Melt margarine.  Then pull the clove out.

Dip chicken in margarine and then bread crumbs.

Lay chicken on a cookie sheet or pan.

Sprinkle with salt and parmesan cheese.

Bake at 425 degrees for about a half hour (for the small pieces)

*Kaye says this is called "senior chicken" because the seniors at Christian Academy in Japan would make this for fundraising when Tom and Michelle Postema were the senior advisors.

Kaye says this chicken is great because it doesn't dry out and can easily be made in mass quantities.
