Anda Foxwell's Pumpkin Pie

(pasted from an email from Anda)

"Mix all together:
1 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbs flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 t sp cinnamon

Combine and add to the flour mixture:
2 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk (I always used the Japanese whip)
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanila

Pour into crust (I usually used the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook recipe, but there are so many good pie crust recipes, and I don't know that the crust is ever what anyone raved about) and bake 1 hour at 300.  I think I may have had my oven a little hotter than that, but I always tried to make sure it still jiggled in the middle a little - hence the custardy texture."

*I have a recipe card from years back when I copied this from Anda.  On this card I've written cream instead of evaporated milk.
