Pavlova

3 egg whites
9 oz. sugar (255 grams)
2 tbs boiling water
1 tspn. cornstarch
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whties until very stiff.
Add water and beat again.
Add sugar in 2 halves, beat well.
