Ruth Hekman's caramel sauce




1/2 cup butter
1 cup sweet cream or whole milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Blend all and cook over medium heat till thickened.  Cool

    Gotta change the spelling to HEKMAN (without the C) before we invite Aunty Ruth to join. We should ALSO invite Kim Essenburg for sure!

    Kaye Ma'am- invite not necessary anymore. the blog is open to any reader. As long as I don't make money off of this blog, then I don't have to worry about the material that I took from the web
